Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Trillium offers a locally-inspired, regionally sourced American menu that favors classic tastes and chic presentations, allowing the food — comprised of fresh fish, grass-fed beef, and local organic produce — to take center stage.

Join us for Happy Hour in Trillium every week, Sunday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm with half off appetizers and $4 well drinks and draft beers!

Enjoy complimentary valet parking for up to 3 hours when you dine. Trillium also provides complimentary wireless internet access, and a private dining room that may be reserved upon request. Seasonal outdoor dining options are also available.

We experienced excellent cocktails, appetizers, and entrees. The menu is not huge but is well represented with delicious choices. We enjoyed their crab strata appetizer, and entrees of beef and portobello stroganoff, and bison meatloaf. For dessert we shared the huckleberry s'mores. We will return soon to sample other items on the menu. Our server, Mallory, was very nice and engaging. Thanks!

It was a snowy day in Boise so it was perfect to eat lunch at Trillium’s. We had an appetizer, with crab and avocados. Delicious!! Fish and Chips. Fantastic. Apple Cinnamon Cobbler, the best!! Price was a little steep for lunch, $99. But overall a great experience.

Great spot for a meal or drinks and starters before a show. Walkable distance to the Morrison and free valet for up to 3 hours.

We had great food, service and the restaurant was clean, quiet and comfortable. The space feels a little like a hotel lobby hotel compared to other similar quality restaurants, but would go again.

Our first experience at Trillium was Fantastic. It's two months later, we go for a second time, thinking it's going to be hard to meet or exceed our first experience, but it did....Yeah, great food, nice ambiance equals a great night out... :-)

I ordered an omelette with house potatoes. The omelette was mediocre and the potatoes were terrible, droning and soggy in overcooked onions and peppers. They only offer one side, can’t get toast. Not a good experience. The waitress needs to pay attention to what is being served.
