Our Trio Tasting Menu is a offered daily Tuesday through Saturday. The Trio Tasting Menu allows you the chance to experience many of the menu items we offer daily in a wonderful, relaxed way. Chef Kyle & his team build flavours & textures to please the palate. Benoit provides exceptional & unique wine pairings, for an additional $70/$85 per guest, from around the world. The onset of fall frosts and fallen leaves doesn’t have to be all darkness and cold. In fact, winter is a time to dig deep into our pantries and unearth the bounty of the fall harvest. Root vegetables and bubbling soups, cream sauces and tender meats, winter is about staying warm and reconnecting with our inner hygge. We regret substitutions are not available on Tasting Tuesdays. This 4-course menu will allow you to enjoy our Tasting menu at a lower cost but certainly not a lower quality!
