True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. We have always enjoyed eating here as a family of 4. Love that they have kid friendly menu and a variety of drinks. Sourdough pizza is good, turkey burger was bigger than I anticipated! All so very delicious!

I have been going to True Food since they opened in Arizona. I was so excited when I moved to Kennesaw, GA, because I found out there were two True Foods in the Atlanta area. I tried the Buckhead location first. That was a complete loss. The service was okay, but the food was awful! Then, I found out that there was one at Avalon. I have gone many times and it was absolutely fantastic! Today was a completely different experience. The service was great, but I found out they had changed the menu and changed the desserts. It was awful! I will honestly never go back. What was once my favorite restaurant, today it is my least. Sorry True Food, until you get it together and realize that your patrons are much smarter, I will not be going back unfortunately. Dr. Guilford

Great service and food was delivered excellent. Turkey burger on Gluten free bun with a side of seasonal veggies. My friend had a steak salad and enjoyed it too.

We enjoyed a late lunch and are inside due to cold weather. Service was fantastic but salad is usually missing an ingredient but when mentioning to server it was promptly brought over on a separate plate. Food was good & fresh however magic dust (with yeast exactly) may be added to air fried chicken which is dangerous for migraine sufferers. Also, check dressing for this ingredient.

Food was mediocre and took way too long to come out. Very small serving sizes but big prices. Waiter was decent.
