True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Annapolis guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. We had a wonderful meal at True Food yesterday. It was the first time we had been there as we don't live closeby. The options for vegetarians like us were great and the food was fresh and delicious. What made the experience really special was our server, James, who was very attentive, helpful and an overall pleasure! We are so happy we came! Thank you James!

Food was flavorless. Ordered the tofu hash. Hummus was okay but the pita was hard and tasted stale. The flavors of the charred cauliflower did not meld. Won’t be returning.

I always gotoTrue food Kitchen. I take my family and order out. I was disappointed the Mediterranean wrap was taken off the menu. Then I ordered chicken wsai eon the side. It came to table with dressing on it. The waitress right got me new chicken. I hope True Kitchen does not stray from healthy items like Mediterranean wrap.

I'm never disappointed by True Food Kitchen in Annapolis. The food is always great and healthy, and the servers are always helpful. My wife and I have challenging diets, and the servers are creative with suggesting substitutions the work with the diets and still preserve the great taste of the food. We brought friends with no dietary restrictions, and they were equally pleased.
