True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. La comida muy rica, pero el servicio desde la hostess fue terrible, llegamos y le dije que teníamos reservación y nos ignoro, nos tuvo parados ahí 10 min hasta que llegó su compañera y ella fue la única amable de las tres hostess. Luego nuestro mesero fue pesimoooo, se le olvido muchas cosas, tuve que pedir agua varias veces, la bebida que pedí se tardó mucho. Solo volvería por la comida que es buena pero el servicio es malo y es súper ruidoso el restaurante.

I thought the menu was a great menu, our guests were vegetarian and they had many options. My Salmon was not great, dried out with very little seasoning. Everyone else loved their burgers. The cauliflower appetizer very good.

We’ve gone several times to True Food Kitchen and particularly enjoy their brunch! I absolutely love the lemon blueberry muffins, poke bowl, and avocado toast! Also, great cocktails!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. Loved the brunch and menu options. All the food tasted fresh and great! Would definitely recommend to others and also come back.

We had a delicious lunch, as always! The open indoor space felt bright and comfortable, we love this location in Bethesda.
