True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Columbus guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. Food was amazing! The butternut squash soup was incredible and the chicken Parmesan was so delicious I practically licked my plate clean. Service was perfect and the overall dining experience was top notch. I thought the overall value for this Valentines Day dinner was surprisingly reasonable. I will definitely be dining at True Food again! Thanks so much!

True Food Kitchen was a delight. The menu is complete with options for most guests. The meatloaf was delishous and so was the tuna poke bowl. Our wait staff Camden and Jacob were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant was a bit chilly and would recommend a sweater.

First time visiting. Food was pretty good. I had the hot Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (only complaint is the bun crumbled). Other members in the party enjoyed their dishes as well. My cousin asked for his burger without sauce and it came with sauce but he didn't bother sending it back. He did get his GF bun. When he asked for it, they asked if it was preference or allergy and he let them know it was for an allergy which was nice. Overall, felt the food and atmosphere was good enough for us to return. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

Went for breakfast. I’m GF and they had a good amount of options. Breakfast tacos were bland, but the pancakes were delightful.

True Food is always a great place to catch up with friends. The food is consistently well prepared and flavorful. I enjoy exploring the seasonal menus. Camden was a great server!
