True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Nice healthy dinner options at True Kitchen which we appreciate. Everything very tasty too. Would like a better priced Chardoney and whole wheat pasta entree option. Salads always good and the sour dough pizza was better this time - did they fix the receipt! (It was lighter and digestible). But you need to correct the calorie count on the spinach=mushroom vegan pizza, no way 1010 calories same as non-vegan full fat pizza!

The food is fresh and season. We made reservations and was seated on time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Waitress was lovely. Mimosas way over priced. Food was cold. We got a breakfast bowl, avacado toast, tacos, and pancakes. Avacado toast was great. Breakfast bowl fine. Tacos cold and falling apart. Pancakes cold with very little blueberries. Ambiance was great. We ate outside and it was beautiful and quiet.

We enjoyed our healthy meal at True Kitchen, we had a good waiter and were seated on time. We always appreciate the healthy food options. The wine list is pricey, and the liquor (i.e. Vodka) selections are minimal and not really good. Great appetizer and salad choices. Would prefer whole wheat or multi-grain pasta options.

Great & fresh food! Everything that came out was extremely delicious and made to perfection. The lemon blueberry muffins were a crowd favorite!
