True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Edison guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. This was our second time. They are very accommodating with food allergies and intolerances which is helpful for us. Our waiter was just ok. The butternut squash soup, burgers and chicken tenders were pretty good. Overall just an average experience.

This was the 2nd time we visited this place and was a total disappointment. 1) Service was bad even though the restaurant wasn't busy (Many tables vacant). Not once did the server come over to ask us about the food quality or if we needed anything. He took the order and we could see him in the kitchen wiping dishes and stacking them! 2) The Margherita Pizza had cheese missing on 3-4 slices and had very little sauce on them. So half the pizza was like eating cardboard! So much for the gourmet food! 3) For the price they charge for drinks, there are no complimentary munchies (like nuts or chips). Overall portions are small for the prices they charge.

It was super cold inside , they ran out of glassware so gave up plastic cups to drink from we had to ask for plates and silverware. When I ordered my burger they forgot everything on it besides the cheese and burger itself. Our appetizer was cold. Food was okay under seasoned though. Might have just been a busy night but was expecting alittle more for the price range.

Good spot, unique menu and a very healthy ingredient list. Food was tasty. Overall portions are not huge but certainly not small.

True Food Kitchen is awesome because they don't jack up their prices for Valentine's Day. We got there early enough so it wasn't over packed. Service was good. Food was fantastic. There are many healthy options on the menu. I'd like to see some desserts without chocolate or conventional sugar. Or even a list of ingredients on the menu for those of us who are truly health conscious. I hate to be "that person" who asks a ton of questions and a list of ingredients would be beneficial for those who care about our health.

The food here is incredibly good - better then you would expect- very tasty and they give you the calorie count for each meal which is very helpful. All the meals are also constructed to be very nutrient dense so you don’t need 3 courses to meet your needs - highly recommend I just wish I were closer!

The chairs are horrific. They have a choice of metal or woven basket. SOOOOO uncomfortable for elderly or disabled. There are a few tables with regular white chairs. Unfortunate because the food was great. Small portions

Great service, healthy meal options. You can really tell that they use clean products. We dined for brunch and loved every dish we tried. Excited to go back for lunch.
