Fui con mi familia, 5 personas. La carta muy limitada. Pedimos unos paninis de pollo. A la hora y media de esperar (sí, una hora y media por unos paninis de pollo) reclamé a la moza, quien solo atinó a responderme que la cocina estaba muy ocupada con los pedidos de delivery. Como tenía dos niñas chicas, le pregunté si podía pagar las bebidas que había consumido hasta el momento y levantarme. Literalmente me “tiró la cuenta” en la mesa. Uno de los PEORES LUGARES que visité en el mundo. Mucha preocupación por la estética del lugar. Ninguna preocupación por la comida y los clientes.

Buenas Tarde, Primero me quiero discupar de la manera que lo recivimos a usted y a su familia. Eso no es la manare ni la reputacion de nosostros. Si entendemos que nos falta personal para poder dar el mejor servicio a todos nuestro clientes. Pero no nos gusta usar esa escusa. Me da mucha pena en el servicio que le dimos. Por favor, lo invito de regreso para que nos de otra oportunidad en darle el servicio que se merece.

The food was excellent, but they clearly did not properly prepare for the Super Bowl crowd as about half of the menu was sold out.

This is a secret gem. Love the whole menu. Very healthy. Always easy to get a table. Never noisy.

After a week of diving into as much local New Orleans fine cuisine as was practical, a meal at True Food was very much enjoyed.

It was a horrible dining experience . The food took forever, the drinks took forever, they were out of condiments. The poor waitress was beside herself . The manager knew it was awful but just kept walking by not acknowledging how awful it was. We finally left before all our food came out bc we had been there for over 90 mins. I asked the manager what the owner would think- she said they would all be in a lot of trouble . I get there are things that are uncontrollable but all our party if 5 ordered was a couple of pizzas and some brussel sprouts .

Easily the healthiest place we’ve found in NOLA! We needed a super clean and green meal between the amazing Creole cruise of New Orleans.. and true food hit the spot! Salads and their pizzas are epic!

This visit was not much better than last. No host around, had to seat ourselves, food was prepared incorrectly and had to remake it. The bartender was good though. Not up to standards with the other locations we visit in Texas.
