True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers.     My wife and felt that the food was good but the interior of the restaurant did not suggest that it was a warm and cozy place to dine and the metal chairs never did warm up while we ate our dinners. Even a fake fireplace on a wall might help some. Wishing you good luck in the New Year. John K Nusbaum Reston , Va.

    My friend and I got the veggie burger and the squash casserole. The squash casserole looks like a side and didn’t have any real flavor, other than cheese and tomato sauce. The burger was a bit better, but we could not really figure out any of the ingredients in the actual burger… $18 for each of these entrées is a lot.

    Good for lunch more than dinner. Nice bar with a just ok wine list. Menu decent for clean eating. The ambience is very cut and dry. Do not recommend for business meeting.

    Love our visit here for a special occasion. Brianna put served was amazing. She was able to serve our large party in a timely and concise fashion. The food was great. Would definitely recommend.
