    Server Will is always kind and attentive and friendly. He transforms the entire experience into a comfortable and fun meal out. Took care of one of my friends today who found her portion of the same dish substantially smaller, with speed and a smile.

    True food’s menu descriptions rarely match the food that’s delivered. I got the Mediterranean wrap. It was supposed to have hummus and avocado. All it included was over dressed greens, red pepper& literally no hummus or avocado. It was so over dressed it fell apart. It’s very expensive for the quality. On the plus, our server was super nice and attentive.

    When we arrived they told us they had run out of food because they were busier than expected. It is hard to convey but nearly everything on the menu was out of stock. They brought us these tiny menus and said this was the “in stock” menu, only to learn that there were several versions that had been updated as food sold out and were timestamped. No chicken sandwiches, almost no main courses, only a couple of pizza. My elderly mother (who is a picky eater) ordered meatloaf (from the “in stock” updated menu and they came to the table and said it was sold out. It was a joke, like we were on hidden camera, although we were not. My sister who has celiac ordered a plain hamburger that came to the table with cheese. Luckily she didn’t get sick. All medium rare hamburgers came to the table well-done. My ancient grains bowl was delicious though and one of my kids enjoyed his plain pizza. I don’t fault any of the servers, cooks, who tried to make the best of it. This poor management because they failed to order enough food. So dissapointing because I wanted to take my visiting family to a fun and healthy meal and it was a bad joke. We had reservations and they should have called us to let us know because we would have gone elsewhere.

    This is my favorite resturaunt with real delicious food. Also they have Will the server he is fabulous.

    We had a reservation but they ran out of food before we arrived. We were turned away, and had to go elsewhere. We were not offered anything in the way of compensation.

    We had reservations for 6pm. We enjoyed drinks, but then were told that they were basically out of everything so we couldn’t order. I know it was Christmas Eve, but surprised they would even take reservations if they didn’t plan to have enough food. We were very disappointed.

    Went there for our Christmas Eve dinner. Had a party of six and were ready to have a good meal. Little did we know they were out of half of their menu!! No Pizza, No Burgers, No Crispy Chicken among other things!! We talked to the manager and they blamed it on the Produce person?? We have been to this True Foods several times and always get a good meal. This was a complete failure by management.

    Once again, the food delivered an exceptional experience! The charred cauliflower had a delightful smoky flavor, and the chai caramel cake was irresistible. Both dishes are absolute must-tries that you won't want to miss!
