True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Have dined several times in a True Food Kitchen in my neighborhood. Was traveling and decided to try one in the city I was in. Food was just as good as the location I usually dine at. The Wild-Caught Tuna Poke Bowl was excellent—generous portion of tuna and delicious crunchy black rice along with avocado, jalapeño, edamame, ginger and ponzu sauce. Anthony, our waiter, was so personable.

We all ordeeed burgers that were dry and tasteless ! Appetizer portions were small for the chicken and cauliflower. Taste was just ok .

Plenty of outdoor space. Edamame dumplings were excellent. Tuna poke bowl was good. Others in my party had the meatloaf and chicken parm. Nice concept and overall a good experience especially if you want healthier versions of some traditional dishes.

The food was delicious but the restaurant was not staffed appropriately, poor service and the food time was extremely long.

Vas was a fantastic server. She was patient and informative. The food delivery was efficient but food could have been hotter; still delicious. The noise level was difficult for senior citizens to deal with. Also, parking is difficult for seniors. Next time we will sit outside for better ambience. .

Dining outside would of been much better. Felt cramped. Took about 15 plus minutes after we sat down and didn’t get any water parched. Portions were small for the tenderloin/mashed pototoe with cheese option. I should have went to Texas road house or longhorn for steak.
