    El lugar muy bonito, nuestro mesero encantador y con excelente actitud para explicarnos el menú. La comida muy buena, salvo por las manitas de cangrejo pues se sentían con un poco de hielo. Estuvimos muy contentos y satisfechos en general.

    the food was great and service was ok considering it was a Monday night and not very busy. The prices seem to go up and the portion seem smaller on the appetizers and salad. If I order the wedge salad a least give me the wedge portion to eat. Dining experience great maybe add lights to the trees.

    I reserved Trulucks in Plano for my birthday celebration due to the beautiful ambience of the restaurant. Upon arrival it was everything that it appeared to be online….I was excited to dine. I attended with my family (party of 5) and when looking around couldn’t wait to be seated to enjoy the atmosphere. Our party was called and I just knew we would be seated in one of the beautiful available booths on the main dining room floor but as we kept walking I realized that wouldn’t be the case. We continued to walk around a corner to the very back of the restaurant at a table near the kitchen. Before seating I expressed I would prefer a booth and was told we couldn’t be accommodated because of the party size. I then stated I still wanted a booth but was again informed we couldn’t get one due to the party size. I was highly disappointed. As I knew we could all fit in the booth and we were ok if it was going to be a little snug. After settling for the table we were served by James the waiter and he was phenomenal. Very accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu. I ultimately enjoyed my experience but would have enjoyed it more had my seating preference been honored. I ended up taking a picture in one of the booths just because it was my birthday and I wanted to capture the beauty of the restaurant.

    Having been to several different locations, Plano is definitely my favorite. It's very easy to park and access the restaurant. The dining room is beautiful. Main dining is on the first floor, so you don't have to go upstairs like Dallas. The service was excellent. Our waiter gave us great suggestions, and everything moved along. The food was delicious. I find that I'm not infrequently disappointed in high-end restaurants in DFW. I was completely satisfied, and I look forward to going back.

    Consistent great food and service. Management is doing a good job at this location. My expectations are always exceeded, with the level of service, friendly staff, food quality and presentation. Everyone works together, and it is a wonderful team, and exceptional experience. Always a treat!

    Food was great service was outstanding. We had a problem with management unfortunately never eat here again.

    Apps were great; I ordered Wagyu beef & salmon. The steak was cooked medium rare, as ordered, but was served cold. We were with another couple, my friend ordered the same and his steak was served cold. They refired the steaks & both were cooked medium instead of medium rare. When it came time to pay, a second, lesser charge appeared for the steaks, I guess for the refire (?). After pointing it out, our waiter removed it. The check was not separated as requested, which normally I wouldn't mention, but decided to due to the issues above. Our waiter was extremely nice & was hospitable, but you don't expect mistakes like these at a restaurant that's considered fine dining.

    Greta evening! Co-celebration of birthday and Valentines's Day so reservation participants age range of 13-61. Perfect evening and our table by the window was excellent. Can't wait to go back before stone crabs are out of season!
