   Our waitress was extremely cordial and efficient. She came back to fill our water regularly. The reason for the service rating was that my husband’s meal was significantly delayed. She finally came back and we asked where it was. She checked and said the kitchen was waiting on the sweet potato fries. She offered to bring just the burger (we were half way through our meal) but when she returned - his fries were on the plate Our food was delicious!

   We had the calamari and Italian meatballs for the appetizers and they were amazing. The chicken pasta and filet were delicious. Will definitely go back.

   Made reservations for a quiet booth, instead was seated in open atrium with huge amounts of noise!

   Our second stop and nothing short of amazing! As soon as we arrived, our reservation was ready, and we were eager to indulge in a variety of dishes this time around. The highlight had to be the Wagyu ribeye special—absolutely fantastic! Every bite was a delight, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. The presentation of our dishes was beautiful, especially the Gouda mac & cheese, which was creamy and rich. However, my heart sank a bit when I caught sight of the baked potato at a neighboring table. It looked so tempting with a perfect salt crust and all the classic toppings! I’m definitely getting that next time. Unfortunately, they were out of the legendary chocolate cake, and I was really bummed about it. I hope it makes a comeback on the menu soon, even if it means a slight price hike! Our server, Donna, was a gem—attentive and professional, making our evening all the more enjoyable. It was also exciting to see some of the friends I invited relishing their meals as well. Overall, a delightful evening that has left me eager for our next visit!

   Our server was awesome, drinks took way too long to receive, food was good except mixing chicken tamale with a steak was a mistake! But we will return because overall it was a good experience

   Having just moved to Tyler over a month ago, we've been on the hunt for great dining spots. After several attempts to try Twelve and ending up elsewhere, we finally made it there for brunch after church with some family in town. Thankfully, we secured a reservation, which turned out to be a smart move given the bustling crowd—we walked right to our table! This time, we decided to skip brunch and dive into the regular menu, and what a fantastic choice that was! Each of us ordered something different, from juicy burgers to delicate trout, and we were all impressed with not only the prices but also the quality and presentation of our meals. Although the desserts left a bit to be desired in the presentation, they were still quite tasty. Our waiter was professional and attentive, though we noticed the service was a touch slow on refills and general care, likely due to the restaurant's busy atmosphere. Overall, our experience at Tweleve was delightful! We’re thrilled to add this restaurant to our go-to list and can’t wait for our next visit. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend giving it a try!

    Myself and my family really enjoyed this restaurant. This is my 3rd restaurant to find at that’s part of Scotts fleet of restaurants.
