    Experience a 7 - course tasting menu presented by Chef Leo Batoyon, exclusive for those dining at our Chef’s Counter. Enjoy the views of our kitchen and culinary team in action, as they present a menu focused on sourcing locally, championing waste reduction, and pushing the boundaries of plant-based culinary creativity. Due to our cuisine and the dining experience, we are unable to omit alliums from our tasting menu. We can accommodate most other allergies with advance notice. Please inform us of any allergies via Opentable message or email us at frontdesk@twelvemonthburlingame.com. Note: You are able to order the Chef's Tasting Menu with a standard reservation. The experience is exclusive to the Chef's Counter seating around our kitchen.

    Our server was really nice, but he had too many tables. He tried to do his best to keep up, he fell behind on us. We had to ask twice on a couple of things. I don’t think a plant based menu works in such a large and glamorous space. That space needs heartier food, such as meat, fish, etc. The restaurant was only half full when it should have been packed. The rest of Burlingame Avenue was crawling with people.

    That Mexican waiter is so not good. He needs more training. You can look up my reservation and find out who he is. 1. He was late to bring the chocolate pudding - 15 minutes delay and he asked me if I got it yet? Of course not? You didn't bring it over. Hella stupid. 2. When I asked for check, he didn't bring it. I have to ask another waiter to bring it in. I work under the clock with many things and I still had work in the evening to do. I don't have an extra 10-15 minutes to wait for cuddling and another 10-15 minutes for check. Seriously, please train the workers be more efficient. I downgrade he tips from 20% to 15%. I should have downgraded to 5%. He was lucky that I still tipped him 15% for his poor service. I will come back to support your service because I am vegan too. I hope by then, I won't see him again and have someone better to serve. I am happy to pay, but I do expect better service from the waiters.

    A wonderful Valentine’s Day tasting menu. Very creative and above all, very full of flavors and delicious.

    I had no idea it was vegetarian. I just saw great reviews and here is another one! Delicious! Beautiful restaurant

    Great vegan restaurant with a wide and varied menu. Beautiful restaurant space with a large outdoor seating area. Our waiter was charming, but blew it with respect to the details -- neglected to serve us a dish we ordered and charged us for a dish we did not order.

    This is our second time at this restaurant. Love the food and the atmosphere. All of the people who helped us were very nice and courteous. A couple of times we had a small bit of confusion with our order but the issues were fixed right away. Overall, we really enjoyed this place!

    It was beautiful, but very pricey for what you are given. Small portions and pours, overpriced.

    The food was not good. Also doesn’t make sense to separate what’s available to be ordered at the bar vs the table. It’s the same kitchen.

    Thanks for visiting us, Katya! We're sorry to hear that your experience with our food didn't meet your expectations. We'd love to hear specifics on how we can improve, including dishes you think should be available in the dining room from the bar menu. The bar and lounge is a separate experience from the dining room with different seating, service model, staffing, hours of operation, and menu all thoughtfully curated to create an upscale bar and lounge experience. We are always considering how to create the best experiences across all of what Twelvemonth has to offer, however offering everything everywhere whenever we are open would not be possible operationally without significant changes that would necessarily reduce the amount of offerings. Thank you for your understanding.

    Enjoyed appetizers and desserts. The main dish was extremely spicy to the level when it was not enjoyable. The service was in general ok but didn't feel like there was a personal touch.
