We just love the Twin Springs Supper Club, great service, all employees are friendly and helpful with anything you need. They check to see if you have any food allergies before you order, I love the cozy feeling and to hear everyone in the restaurant sharing a meal, laughing and creating new fun memories. We like it so much that we were engaged here a few years ago. Excellent place to dine. I highly recommend it!

Fabulous evening out with amazing meals. The owner/ chef came around and spent time greeting every table. The food was prepared and presented just perfect. Our group had 3 walleye plates and one New York strip. The noise level was a bit high until a boisterous table of ladies finished their meal and left. This is the go to place near Decorah.

Wow, food and service was amazing. Took my daughter and her friend there for their Birthdays, owner stopped over to wish them both a Happy Birthday. Steak was cooked a perfect medium-rare and tasted great. Will definitely go back!

We were seated and waitress stopped by and we then waited 20 minutes until we finally flagged down one of the waitresses to get our drinks ordered. We ended up ordering our food at the same time we ordered our drinks. Prime rib was good but felt side portions were small.

Hi Audrey, Thanks for letting us know about your experience. I sincerely apologize for the lack of service you received. Full capacity as several large groups were just sat. No excuses though as we take pride in our service standards, and we could have done a better job communicating that the original server was overwhelmed. Not exactly sure what side portions that you received but will monitor any other issues moving forward. I hope you give us another opportunity in the future. The filet mignon is incredible. Good choice of wines. The staff and owners are so pleasant. A very welcoming and charming experience.

New Year's Eve dinner - our reservation was for 9p, so the noise was expected, since much alcohol would have been consumed by then. The wait staff was excellent. A man, who I thought was the chef, walked around talking to all the tables. When he asked how things were going, I told him that the steak was salty. He assured me that very little salt is used normally. However, it was salty enough to make it difficult to taste an excellent steak. It was cooked exactly Medium and was oh so tender. Turns out the man was the owner, not the chef. He was very kind, apologizing even though he didn't think the steak was too salty. I thought of asking him to try it, but couldn't imagine he'd want to eat something someone else had already eaten from. He asked if I was going to order dessert, and of course I was - they had creme brulee! He had it delivered to the table without charging for it. Why is it that that made my complaining embarrassing? Not that I refused to eat it, though. Thank you to Twin Springs Supper Club for a very nice New Year's Eve!

Great food and service. The ribeye and twice baked potato were fabulous. I like how the owners always go around and speak to all of their guests.
