Twisted Cork is a restaurant serving contemporary American cuisines. The place offers northwest wines and a wide range of finely selected beverages. The restaurant and bar has a colorful and elegant ambience with a friendly and professional atmosphere. The bistro has comfortable furnishings and is one for classy yet casual dining experience. Twisted Cork buzzes with background music in a serene environment.

Twisted Cork is currently open for lunch Monday through Friday, dinner Monday through Saturday and the restaurant serves beer, wine, libations with the food menu. Happy Hour is daily from 3pm to 5pm. Some of the popular cuisine choices at this place include Twisted cork burger, Wild salmon with miso vinaigrette, Alaskan halibut, Plum Creek chicken breast, Piedmontese ribeye steak, seared scallops and seafood cioppino. The restaurant serves scrumptious appetizers, sides, soups, salads and desserts as well.

Great concept, average execution. They’re trying, so we may have caught an average night or average menu items. Would not go back for what we got, but would not rule out coming back with friends to try other things. Hard to spend $150 and feel like an above average chain restaurant could’ve provided the same result at a better price.

Great food and drinks service was also nice. Just a little crowded and the tables in the middle of the room are uneven from being on a brick floor.

We were seated by the back door, heading to a speakeasy, and people kept coming in and out, and the door kept slamming. It made for a unpleasant dinner.

The chef knows what he's doing. Could have used some garnish salt for the flank steak, but was still perfectly cooked and VERY enjoyable. The person with me had the Halibut and it was cooked correctly. Definitely try the brussel sprouts sharable. Looking forward to try other food there. Finite menu, but high quality especially for the cost. Other restaurants are FAR more expensive and not as good, like Flemming's.

We'd never been to Twisted Cork before, but I'm here to tell you, we will definitely go back. The food was fantastic. My husband & I both tried each others (as we typically do) and we both agreed, both meals were outstanding. I had a salad with chicken that the waiter recommended and my husband had the mahi mahi. Both meals had exceptional flavors that lingered deliciously after we left. That's how you know you have found a good one. I cannot fail to mention our waiter - outstanding - very confident with recommendations, highly personable and always catering to every aspect of dining. As I have said before, we will definitely go back. I would highly recommend that you do as well.

We came for a light dinner of appetizers and loved everything! We had the Salmon Poke Stack, Ahi Tuna Nachos and the Drunken Mussels. The Salmon and Pole were delicious and the portions were large. The Drunken Mussels really won the night though. A large portion with the most amazing broth (bacon, shallots, creme? and a touch of lemon) and fresh bread for dipping. I could have that alone as a meal. Just incredible!

Great place to unwind and enjoy a great meal and conversation. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to have a leisurely meal without feeling rushed . Thank you we will be back soon
