So great that they have opened the location at University District. Spacious, bright and comfortable set up. The food is outstanding, we will be back! So happy with the new location!

Food was good as always although one pizza came out late. On the negative side the tables feel cramped and like you’re sitting with the table next to you. Restaurant is very loud and couldn’t hear our conversation.

Appetizers were great. Pizzas that came out were a little but soggy. We had a weird drip from a pipe above our table that was slow dripping and fell into a cup and drink. We let our waitress know and she compensated our drinks which was nice. I wish the tables were a bit more spread apart for some privacy of conversations. Otherwise we probably would return.

Always great food at Una and this new location did not disappoint. What really stood out was our server. She was very attentive and kind- haven’t had such good service in a very long time.

Kitchen was completely disorganized, when I ordered the broccolini salad for 40 minutes later, they told me they were out, pizza look like it had been completely just throwing together to get it to the table. It was a super busy night as it was New Year’s Eve, but definitely disappointing since I’ve ate at the one in Bridgeland before, and it was excellent and brought my husband to this one, and he was not impressed. The rice balls were good and the flight sangria was delicious.

We decided to check out the new UNA in University District and it didn’t disappoint. Great food, great service and great atmosphere!

Disappointed with the Pizza. Double Zero does better with that Pizza style Found the Caesar salad was flavorless. Food is definitely overpriced.

The customer service was top notch but the food and drinks need a real chef and bartender to come in as the food was really bad and the drink was terrible. Definitely an amateur that doesn’t know good food or drinks preparing it. Downtown location was better but that was years ago. Didn’t have the pizza so can’t speak on that.

We went to this newer location because it’s closer to us, but we waited much longer here just to get a server compared to when we went to 17th and West Springs.
