The meat was excellent, but the service was a letdown and made you feel they were delaying to reduce the number of serves you could get in an all-u-can-eat. The venue wasn't very busy when we were there, but I really doubt they would cope if it was. Few things that I didn't like though, Any time you requested more meat, you were only given a plate containing beef, lamb AND chicken, so you were forced to eat chicken if you wanted the plate to be replaced, when you might have just wanted more beef or more lamb. And no sign of any pork as per the online menu, and no explanation offered as to the replacement, but to be fair the online version was only offering the August AYCA as beef, lamb, chicken. Even though we booked days in advance, when we sat down we were told there's only enough roast potatoes left for 1 large serve - when our party of 4 was expected at 7:30. Similarly, to be told there's no Tomato & Feta Salad is also disappointing. Only 3 salads on the menu, and 1 is unavailable when they had days advance knowledge of your booking? Seriously, if you have people sitting down for all-u-can-eat and you charge extra for side dishes, this kind of thing is a no-brainer from a business perspective.

We had a great evening with friends catching up while we dined at Urban St. Simple, effective menu with loads of value for money and the team were great at making sure we had a great time.

I recently dined at Urban street and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the meat—perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to their skill in preparing dishes that are both juicy and satisfying. The ambiance of the restaurant is equally noteworthy. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed meal or a special celebration. What truly sets Urban street apart, though, is the staff. From the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly friendly and attentive. Their genuine hospitality and eagerness to ensure we had a great experience made the evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place where the food is top-notch, the atmosphere is delightful, and the service is impeccable, Urban street is an absolute must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

It is a stretch to call it a Sunday roast! Absolutely criminal to not have gravy available The quality of the meats were excellent, however the accompaniments were very poor with a large portion of roast potatoes being just 8 small potatoes! No mint sauce, apple sauce, trying to be too alternative
