Floor to ceiling glass takes you outside, and the coastal produce of the lake comes inside onto your plate.

    As you are dining with us as a larger group booking, you will be dining from our restaurant tasting menu which can be viewed on our website. https://valentinamerimbula.com/tasting-menu Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. We know that plans can change, though we ask that any cancellations are made no less than 6 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within this time, or failure to show up will see an automatic charge of $50 per person. Groups of 7 or more will incur a 10% service charge. This reservation is for 2 hours.

    Food was lovely, although the Linguine was super salty which was disappointing. This is the fourth time we have dined here. The first two times were great but unfortunately the last two have made us decide not to return. The cost with an $85 bottle of wine e was $325. A very expensive dinner didn't match the quality of service and attention, which was lacking. Our table was in a far corner and it was as if we were forgotten. We had to ask twice for our glasses to be filled with our wine which was kept on ice away from our table. The staff were all talking and laughing at the bar whilst we tried to get their attention. When the time came to pay the bill and the machine was put in front of my husband, the waiter stood there and watched him opt for 'no tip', he grabbed the machine back and walked away without a thankyou or goodbye. He seemed quite offended. It's a shame, we did love it initially but the last couple of times really disappointed us for the price you pay.

    OMG it was so good. The food was amazing, the cocktails were a 10/10 (the jalapeño margarita-esque cocktail was the real star). We ended up going twice even though we only had two nights in town. Absolutely loved it.

    What a brilliant find in Merimbula! Valentina was a beautiful experience from the ambience, the service and most of all the food. We couldn’t fault a thing

    A wonderful experience of magnificent food & service. The best meal I have had at a restaurant for a while. I only wish I could have tried every dish. Only comment, I feel the wine list was a little limited in some varieties with some a tad expensive for what they were. I had as a main the blue eyed cod which was cooked to perfection & served artistically. I struggle a little with the fact this dish was $52 for a very small piece of cod & sides extra, which were necessary. If I lived closer I would be a frequent diner at this restaurant. Congratulations & well done to all the staff & chef.

    Food and drinks were both fantastic. Service was perfection, relaxed and welcoming. Not over attentive but just the right amount. Super keen to come back. Deserving of more than one hat. x

    Absolutely delicious! Everything!! including my cocktail. More expensive than I usually do so will be kept for special occasions only but I will most certainly be back. Service was excellent as well. Lovely staff, not intrusive, just spoilt us rotten. Found the music rather loud - prefer it to be background and quieter rather than quite so loud. Lovely spot. Marvellous evening. Thanks Valentina.

    Best dining experience of my life!!! Everything about this restaurant is so special. The food was so fresh and utterly divine. Highly recommend getting the snapper and the scallops. The service was impeccable. Staff were super friendly and helpful with wine choices. The atmosphere was so inviting - the gorgeous interior design, vibey music and moody lighting really added to the whole experience. The view overlooking the water is also incredible if you manage a to score a table by the glass wall. Our booking was quite late but the view before or during sunset would be amazing. Overall 11/10 experience.
