Now more than ever, Valentina values the feeling of being transported. The space has been curated to satisfy all of your Mediterranean beach holiday cravings.
Floor to ceiling glass takes you outside, and the coastal produce of the lake comes inside onto your plate.

    As you are dining with us as a larger group booking, you will be dining from our restaurant tasting menu which can be viewed on our website. https://valentinamerimbula.com/tasting-menu Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. We know that plans can change, though we ask that any cancellations are made no less than 6 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within this time, or failure to show up will see an automatic charge of $50 per person. Groups of 7 or more will incur a 10% service charge. This reservation is for 2 hours.

    Chef menu on swordfish was excellent - fresh,tangy - just right. Service right up there. Good to see locally.

    The food is great but not up to the standard of a few years back. Serves are smaller and up in price. While the location and view are superb, it’s annoying always being rushed through every dish, even when asking to slow it down. It’s super exe and you’ll need to eat when you get home. The staff aren’t the friendliest either. They are clearly over tourists and wish they were elsewhere. Shame. But worth a visit.

    We did not order the menue, we had seen at the neighbours table that it contained quite a bit of food. We ordered à la carte, the artichok was very tasty, the tuna as well, the crab linguie delicious, although I would have preferred it a bit more spicy. The portions were very generous! Service was perfect.

    Amazing food with stunning view! The pork and crab pasta were divine... One of the top meals we've had in Merimbula.
