As you are dining with us as a larger group booking, you will be dining from our restaurant tasting menu which can be viewed on our website. https://valentinamerimbula.com/tasting-menu Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. We know that plans can change, though we ask that any cancellations are made no less than 6 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within this time, or failure to show up will see an automatic charge of $50 per person. Groups of 7 or more will incur a 10% service charge. This reservation is for 2 hours.

What a fabulous experience the food was great, service was amazing and the view was amazing... the chocolate mousse with pistachio ice cream and nuts topped off a fabulous evening.

Beautiful food in a lovely location. Courses could have been a little more generous for sharing and could perhaps have been better spaced apart for our birthday celebration group. But overall we loved it, will recommend and return.

Once again, Valentina did not disappoint- we asked for the share menu with a slight change- no problem. Every portion was incredible. Service was attentive and friendly. Thoroughly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful dinner every dish was outstanding. Lovely place to go for a special occasion dinner or a steak and glass of wine. Great atmosphere and staff wonderful.

All of my family and friends were having a great time at Valentina. Amazing views, food and service. We will come back next time if we visit Merimbula again.

A great place for lunch and dinner with loved ones. Beautiful food presentation, locally sourced produce and the restaurant environment is relaxed yet vibrant. Best restaurant in town for those seeking a fine dining quality experience. Have been here a few times and the seafood and oysters are always exceptional. 🥂

Food was lovely, although the Linguine was super salty which was disappointing. This is the fourth time we have dined here. The first two times were great but unfortunately the last two have made us decide not to return. The cost with an $85 bottle of wine e was $325. A very expensive dinner didn't match the quality of service and attention, which was lacking. Our table was in a far corner and it was as if we were forgotten. We had to ask twice for our glasses to be filled with our wine which was kept on ice away from our table. The staff were all talking and laughing at the bar whilst we tried to get their attention. When the time came to pay the bill and the machine was put in front of my husband, the waiter stood there and watched him opt for 'no tip', he grabbed the machine back and walked away without a thankyou or goodbye. He seemed quite offended. It's a shame, we did love it initially but the last couple of times really disappointed us for the price you pay.

OMG it was so good. The food was amazing, the cocktails were a 10/10 (the jalapeño margarita-esque cocktail was the real star). We ended up going twice even though we only had two nights in town. Absolutely loved it.
