The food overall is good but one of the dish taste too salty but immediately to change the new one by FOH staff! Service is good and always smiley face in restaurant and can see customers all enjoy dinning here! 😊

Had a lovely evening, staff were fabulous and food was enjoyed. Only downside was that they only took card payments which then incurred a surcharge. Had members of our party disgruntled that they couldn’t use cash.

My daughter loves having her birthday lunch with friends here. Staff were excellent and so kind to give her a tiramisu and sing happy birthday! 🥳

Absolutely beautiful my whole family like and enjoyed very much. We have never been to Vapiano before now. 100% will definitely be coming back.

Fab service and food was great. We went for a birthday dinner and staff made my daughter feel special and gave us a complimentary dessert to share which was a lovely touch. Thank you.

I asked for a quiet spot in the restaurant and we got this - thank you! It was at the back of the restaurant and there was limited wifi there, so it did make the ordering on the app a bit difficult. I put in my reservation that I was celebrating my birthday, and I received a birthday card and a few vouchers for next time - thank you! Overall, I had a lovely experience

We arrived and the table had not been wiped it was covered in salt and had an empty beer bottle and the cutlery caddy had not been refilled. It took about 15 minutes and 3 waiters and waitresses walking past over and over to finally get the attention of one to order. They got my order wrong but did remake it and let me take home the extra dish. The prices have gone up a lot, no more bread with dishes. Extra for cheese and a lot extra for vegan food. It was very loud and hard to hear each other talk. Probably won’t come back to this one.
