   As usual, everything was great! Everyone’s food was outstanding. The service was excellent by everyone. We have been to Via Toscana many times and have never been disappointed.

   Everything was what I expected. Good drink list and food menus. Gets the job done for a good price.

   Menu is easy, not overly abundent with choices, just the right amount of options. Dishes are robust with flavor yet delicate. Ambience is soft and romantic but can get a bit loud in the wine room. Definately one of our favorite special evening out restaurants. Marinara is exploding with flavor, olive oil is amazing. Great bread! A go to restaurant that won't disappoint.

   Great first visit. Delaney too very good care of us. But it was so very noisy. Hard to have conversations.

   We had a great meal at Via Toscana last night. My husband and I had the delicious bison short ribs to start. The Scampi Toscana was excellent and my husband enjoyed the Papperdelle Bolognese. Our server was friendly and took very good care of us. We will definitely return.

   We always love Via Toscana. We went because of Restaurant week specials and were not disappointed! So glad the burratta was back!

    Food was great and the ambience, prices were really reasonable. Went for birthday and the service was really poor. Dinner took 2.5 hrs and it was not due to us it was because we had to wait. Ordered our drinks and waited at least 15 min before he came back, not even with the drinks. Ordered appetizers and our drinks were empty for awhile before he came back. Water was consistently empty, my friend asked to drink mine. Was served dessert before entree plate was cleared, also had to ask host for dessert menus after we asked server and took at least 15 min to come back. Tuesday night so it really wasn’t that busy to be giving poor service. I really think this place would have been 10/10 if the service was better. The table next to us had an amazing server, he was there all the time and once even offered us water. Great restaurant just had the wrong server. I would like to try it again but have a better server.
