From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The food was outstanding, but the service and experience stole the show.
We were welcomed with a handwritten note—a thoughtful touch that made us feel like more than just another table. Leah, Taylor, Nicole, and Brenden at the bar worked seamlessly together, ensuring we were well taken care of.
Our server, Leah, was incredible—checking in at the right times, keeping drinks topped up, and never making us feel rushed. The pacing was perfect, allowing us to relax, talk, and enjoy every course.
We started with Steak Tartare, packed with bold flavors, and the Beet & Charred Citrus Salad, where the burrata added perfect creaminess. The Maryland Style Crab Cakes were some of the best we’ve had—crispy outside, pure crab inside, with a light citrus remoulade.
Then came Wagyu D’or Bone Marrow—rich, buttery, and flavorful, with short rib so tender it fell apart. The mix of confit onions, taleggio cheese, and truffle took it over the top.
For the main, we had Japanese A5 Wagyu, one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. The marbling melted like butter, and the deep, rich flavor needed no seasoning. A must-try for any steak lover.
For sides, Risotto Milanese was creamy with just the right touch of saffron, and Confit Carrots with brown butter and maple were fantastic, with a smoked almond crumble for crunch.
Though we were full, dessert was a must. Sticky Toffee Pudding was warm, soft, and drenched in unreal caramel sauce. Cheesecake was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced.
After dinner, we got a tour of the kitchen—something I’ve never experienced in Hamilton. It was spotless, and you could feel the staff’s passion.
Victoria’s Steakhouse isn’t just about great food—it’s about the experience. The service, attention to detail, and hospitality make it truly special. If you want a top-tier meal, this is the place. Easily one of the best nights out we’ve had in years!
