   Muy buen servicio , espacioso , un lugar súper ameno. Fuimos atendidos por Branislav, el cual nos recomendó pizzas y un muy buen vino, definitivamente volveremos, si estás en Chicago y quieres real comida italiana lo recomiendo 5 estrellas 👌🏼

   La hostess fue muy grosera , hice reservación en open table 14:30 , llegamos 14:20 y a pesar que había mesas disponibles nos hizo esperar hasta las 14:30 para asignar lugar , nos pido que nos moviéramos para no estorbar mientras esperábamos 10 min a que nos asignara la mesa que ya estaba disponible desde antes que llegáramos

   La comida es buena, aunque un poco cara. El ambiente es muy ruidoso. No lo seleccionaría para una ocasión especial pero si para una cena regular

   I have some friends visiting Chicago for the first time and they were excited to come to Chicago’s Eataly. We had reservations for a table but when we got there a table wasn’t available. We were told we could get sat at the bar instead of a table after waiting 10 minutes so we said that was fine. We were sat at the skinniest table for our dinner with barely any room for our food and drinks. We didn’t realize that the bar was closing otherwise we would have waited for the table, but all of the staff working the bar side seemed upset we were there and it ruined the vibe of our dinner.

   We had reservations. One we got the and checked it the manager gave our table away to a walk in. He was unapologetic and blamed it on his staff when we were standing right there and heard what was going on. He was not very personable and is definitely in the wrong position. Not impressed

    It felt like there was one server for the entire restaurant. He was doing a fantastic job given the circumstances but it took my significant other finishing his entree before he even got his first drink.
