The restaurant was vastly understaffed. Our waiter brought water, took our order and cleared plates/brought the bill. Food was okay, nothing beyond ordinary except for maybe the crab cakes. Thankfully, we had a credit to use that greatly discounted the bill. Stick with what makes the Carmichael great…. libations and music.

We had the pleasure of dining at Vivante, and our experience was made truly exceptional thanks to Olivia, our server. From the moment we were seated, she went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. Olivia was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations tailored to our preferences. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and cared for throughout the meal. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys providing top-notch service. Thank you, Olivia, for making our night at Vivante so memorable!

I’m hoping our experience was not the usual one for others. Clearly understaffed. We allowed two hours for dinner before the show at the Palladium. Our server was so busy that we rarely saw her. We had no time for relaxing and had to bolt down our food when it finally arrived with no option for dessert or more than one glass of wine. We would have missed the start of the show if we hadn’t asked for the check before our food even arrived. Lights had already dimmed for the show when we arrived there. Hopefully the restaurant staff will plan better in the future. We probably won’t be back even though they were pleasant and apologetic.

Food was ok but 6PM reservation resulted in eating our appetizer an hour + later. Couldn't get a second glass of wine. Nope, can't 👎

We had a lovely Christmas brunch at Vivante. Everything was perfect, the service, the atmosphere, and the food were top notch! We will be back!

We were supposed to have dinner here at 8:45 no one greeted us or even came to fill up our waters until 9:15 we ordered a cocktail which was made in ten minutes and then sat at the bar for another 15-20 after that. I walked up and asked if I could just take them and they said no someone will bring it to you. Then we had a server finally come to our table around 9:45 and asked us if we’d be dining in with them… we said no thank you could we just have the bill. I’m not sure what happened but we never saw our server again I had to flag another waitress down and ask her to bring us our bill at 10:30. This would make sense if the restaurant had been busy, there was maybe two other groups dining in the restaurant, one was a larger party of 10 but they already had their food when we sat down and a few at the bar and other than that the place was completely empty. We paid 40 dollars for two drinks that took us an hour to receive and another hour to close out.
