Von Bismarck is a modern family style restaurant inspired by the traditions off Eastern and Northern Europe with a focus on low intervention wine and traditional beer styles. Von Bismarck aims to focus the best of the old world through a modern lens and present it in an atmosphere of conviviality and generosity. We believe communal seating and family style presentation are conducive to this end. This place has never failed to impress me. Since the first visit a couple years ago with my fiancee, Von Bismarck has become "our" spot. This is our favorite date night and overall place to visit. We have tried everything on the food side of the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Still working on the drink menu since we tend to have our go to favorites. The staff is amazing and the ambiance is very laid back. 10/10 would recommend!!

Excellent time at the “Von Bizzy”. We love Bon Bismarck. Daniel took good care of us. Food was delicious and the beers were wonderful. We will return

Wonderful choice of authentic German/Austrian appetizers and entrees. We will return, especially in the spring/summer when the garden seating is more appealing

Amazing place to eat dinner in Reno. Service, food, and drinks were excellent. We will go again soon. Kids loved it too (13 and 10 yrs old).

I was excited to take my German mom here for her 90th Birthday dinner...We were given our choice of party tables at which to sit . The print on the paper food and beer menus was really small and hard to make out, but once we passed around a pair of readers, we were pleased to see a wide variety of dining options. The server was friendly and was aware of the menu items but could not offer us any more information. The entrees came out soon and were tasty; however, the sides were minimal and there was no bread offered with the meal. On the whole, we enjoyed ourselves and will probably come back to.sample some new selections off their paper menus.

Had some family come in from out of town and we all wanted to try something new and this place was fantastic. Great food and drinks!! Highly recommend the Hasenpfeffer.
