The South Shore's newest Dining -& Event Venue- Nestled in the heart of Wareham's historic district, Warren's Harborview offers breathtaking views of the town's iconic river narrows, bustling harbors, vibrant foliage, and landmarks such as Besse Park and the Narrows Bridge. Our newly constructed event venue and restaurant beautifully reflects the exposed timber frame architecture of the 18th-century building that once stood on this very site. Steeped in history, this location played a pivotal role in the nail-making and shipbuilding industries, which were essential in supporting America during the War of 1812. In fact, it was this significance that led the British Royal Navy to launch an attack here via the S.S. Nimrod on June 13, 1814.

                              Made a reservation for 7 people at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and we still had to wait 20 minutes for a table as the kitchen was backed up and the staff was told they couldn’t sit anybody at that time. Completely understand it’s summer on the Cape not an issue with that. Unfortunately, they had a live band playing in the dining room that was so loud we were going to leave. The manager, however, put us in a back private room that they luckily had available. Who puts a live band in the middle of the dining room from 5 to 9 on a Saturday night. We watched many many people walk out. By the time we were done dining, the place was close to empty. Food was good. Our server Andrew was excellent. We do plan on coming back, but not if there’s any entertainment there as they don’t seem to understand where you can put entertainment in a restaurant or at least tell a band to tone it down while people are dining.

                              We arrived and were told that our reservation was delayed by 15 minutes. We went to the bar to wait. After 20 minutes we went back to the front to ask and were told we would have to wait another 15 minutes. We were finally seated and waited another 10 minutes to see our server. Then the loud music started. So loud that we measured over 100 decibels at the back of the room. It was awful. The entire experience was unpleasant. The food that we were served over an hour after our reservation was good but the entire experience was terrible and we will never go back . With the delays and the noise they should have comped us the bar drinks at the very least. Don’t go on a Saturday and plan for a long delay and a lot of noise if you do. Very disappointing!!!!

                              The noise level in this restaurant was ridiculous last evening . It’s bad enough but now they blast music so you can not hear the waitress nor your dining companions. A band was set up and practicing their sound check for later. Seriously? Food isn’t worth putting up with that level of noise.

                              Our server was great and very attentive. Loved the entertainment on Saturday night July 12.

                              Service was slow, food over cooked (steak & Lobster). Inside was hot, not enough air flow for the tall ceilings.

                              Excellent service. Went out of there way to accommodate my food allergy. Great setting.

                              We’d made a reservation. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was wonderful. She took our drink and app orders right away. She came back in a timely fashion and we ordered our entrees. Everything was delicious. Our waitress made the dinner one we will be sure to return.

                              The whole experience was chaos. I had a reservation and was told to wait a few minutes before being sat by the manager. Okay, no big deal. Then a server came over and sat a family that legit just walked in with no reservation and she then went to sit another family before I said something. The manager never came back to seat us, nor was she ever present on the floor. You could tell the servers were overwhelmed and nothing was going smoothly. Our server was great as was the food, however management lacked tremendously. We weren’t even offered a free app or dessert for waiting 25 minutes past our reservation time while watching people get sat in between as walk ins.

                              Warren's Harborview was a wonderful experience. Our server was delightful and knowledgeable about the menu answering our questions thoughtfully and making recommendations on "favorites" and most popular dishes which we appreciated. The presentation of the food was outstanding . There were four in our party so we tried several menu items. My husband highly recommends the clam chowder as the "best around" ! Also, two in our party selected the Prime Rib Sandwich (recommended by our server) and said is was delicious. I had the baked fish served with vegetable Risotto and steamed spinach. I would recommend this .. it looked and tasted so good ! We all plan to return to Warren's Harborview soon. There were diners eating outside and on a hot night, it was very cool inside. Tables are well placed so noise was not a problem as sometimes happens.
