This New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, enjoy a four course prix fixe menu with Guest favorites and chef-inspired creations, plus a champagne toast at midnight to bring in the New Year. An additional wine pairing enhancement will be available. The complete New Year’s Eve menu will be shared leading up to holiday. Please note that only the prix fixe menu will be available for New Year’s Eve dinner, starting at 3:00 p.m.

While the food was absolutely amazing, the table we were sat at was obnoxious to say the least. On a busy corner right outside of the kitchen and in front of the live tanks, there was SO much traffic and noise the entire dinner, it really took away from the experience. I would have been slightly more understanding if we had walked in for dinner, but this was the table we received even having a reservation. Mentioned our apprehension to our server upon seating but felt blown off by her lack of concern or empathy.

We were excited to experience the Water Grill having enjoyed the location in downtown LA for a number of years before returning to Seattle. It is not the same. The restaurant is large and lacks the cozy feel. The food was inconsistent. In our party of 4 we had one person who does not eat fish. He ordered the hamburger, medium rare, and the chef overcooked it. It was done medium well or well. The two fish dishes were tasty and done to order. The scampi was fine but needed additional seasoning and was a small portion for the price. The bread, as always, was a treat. My wife will want to return. The others in the party may not be excited to do so.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the Water Grill. A little pricier than others but money well spent on a quality dinner. Service, food, and ambience were five stars.

Well, the food was quite good, a couple of items to be returned for temperature adjustments. Waiter was quite attentive. But being from another era, I am still affronted by the mindless behavior of wait staff in general. They will start clearing the table before others are finished with the course and dump the bill on your table before you ask for it. Overall, it's a good restaurant worth a try if your wallet does not put up a violent resistance

Our waiter was excellent. Very professional. His service elevated the meal. I don't recall his name but he was maybe 40's with some gray in hair and beard. Trim build. He knew everything about the menu, food prep, drinks, etc. Served with style and was present at just the right times. Than you.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and the service was excellent. Very attentive, thoughtful and the manager even brought out a complimentary appetizer and dessert which we thought was a nice touch. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked & the mashed potatoes were so smooth. Will definitely return!

We were seated in the boardroom, tucked away from everyone. It was nice to have a private space but felt isolated. I did make a table request when I made the reservation but they couldn’t honor it due to other reservations. Our server was great but we felt like service was slower (maybe b/c we were isolated?). Food and drinks were delicious though. We had a gift card from the restaurant and we were waiting to use it when our parents came to visit. Turns out that had an expiration date. Overall, we had a nice family dinner but it could have been better.
