   10/10 must go to restaurant! Our server Christoper was such a delight and made sure we were well taken care of the entire night. Amazing service, seafood, drinks and ambience! Getting a seafood tower is definitely worth it if your group wants to try a variety of perfectly prepared seafood. Also the cocktails are perfect! The Bellevue way is their signature drink for good reason! We’ll definitely be coming back!

   My wife had a fantastic dinner date. The service by Catia (so?) was outstanding. The food was marvelous ànd the kitchen staff accommodated my no salt request. A dozen oysters, two oyster sushi shooters, scallops crisp ànd Dover sole were tremendous - fresh ànd full of taste. This is our favorite fish restaurant.

   This restaurant does lots of things right, starting with impeccable service. The seafood is fresh with selections from around the world. The lobster rolls are yummy and the Spanish Octopus is excellent.

   We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and arrived at our table that was decorated with rose petals as well as a card from the staff. They made our dinner very special.

   This is a top level dining experience, from the moment you enter, you will be greeted by a Pacific Northwest cozy environment and there are seating for groups to cozy corners for two! If you’re lucky enough to get Christopher, he will make sure to guide you through the menu to match your appetite and experience. He was attentive when needed to answer questions about food and wine, but gave us our time to enjoy each course. My husband raved about his selection of oysters and the Black Cod was amazing for me! Take your time in this place because you also have to have coffee and dessert!

    We visited Water Grill in Bellevue for a birthday lunch and had a great experience. The restaurant has a cozy yet upscale atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion or a leisurely meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, setting a friendly and inviting tone. Our server, Kevin, was excellent—helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and enhanced our dining experience with his attentive service. The rest of the staff was equally friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were solid, living up to Water Grill’s reputation for quality seafood. Overall, it was a wonderful lunch with great service, good food, and a welcoming ambiance.
