Embracing a paddock to plate philosophy, Water St Kitchen restaurant delivers big, bold flavours to Walkervale diners. This popular Bundaberg catering company is now based in light, airy surrounds on Water Street, where floral wallpaper and fresh flowers await dine-in guests, while perusing a casual Mod Oz menu. Dark wood furniture and whitewashed walls create a relaxed vibe to enjoy breakfast or lunch. A cosy restaurant opened in 2017 which quickly became one of the city's most acclaimed fine-dining destinations

    I’ve been several times and the food is always oustanding. This time we tried the breakfast menu and I was slightly disappointed as the eggs were overdone (solid yolk) and the dish had chilli jam in it but I could not taste any chilli, Only minor issues but was a bit of a surprise as normally everything is spot on. Perhaps there is a different chef doing brekky?

    Fabulous night out. Food spot on, service attentive, drinks delicious, and the ability for an our large group to be able to sit and laugh and enjoy each other’s company with split bill at the end? Perfection! Thanks team.

    My second visit to Water St Kitchen and it was wonderful. Food was excellent, service was fantastic and a lovely selection of wines for our lunch. We were a group of 6 old friends one of who has some severe allergies which were effortlessly and kindly catered for. A beautiful, relaxing afternoon.

    Service with a smile and very efficient. Lovely atmosphere. Food was restaurant size but beautiful. All the flavours. Reasonably priced as well.

    Water St Kitchen is the best restaurant dining experience in Bundaberg. It’s a full service restaurant. The staff are all skilled in full service and always delightful. The Chef creates a true gastronomic experience: brilliantly creative, perfectly cooked and presented. Coming from Adelaide and having trained at the Hilton International in silver service, and worked in some of Adelaide’s finest restaurants, I am forever grateful for this world class and truly delicious gem right here in Bundaberg.
