Our Restaurant sits in the heart of the Kent countryside, enjoy drink, a gin and tonic or a Prosecco...whatever you fancy. Then when you are ready we will invite you through to your table for the afternoon. Sit and relax in our restaurant overlooking stunning views and enjoy a 4 course Sunday Lunch, you choose your starter and dessert from our wonderful selection and we will serve to you at your table.

Then, the WOW factor- A visit to our Carvery Buffet. The biggest selection of freshly cooked vegetables, fluffy roast potatoes, a selection of sumptuous roast meats and the best thing...

If you have a cheeky favourite, go back and help yourself to another spoonful! We won't tell anyone!

Follow this with a cuppa and a cheese platter and enjoy your afternoon, if you wish have another drink or two and take yourselves out into the bar lounge and relax!

We booked the carvery as a birthday treat. When we arrived we showed our booking confirmation but were told that in a rather patronising manner that the hotel don't accept carvery bookings via OpenTable. Despite showing that the booking confirmation clearly specified the carvery and that we had followed up with a text confirmation we were shown no empathy or accommodation- computer said no and we were refused entry to the carvery. The food rating does not relate to the carvery. We were told that it is the "best in Kent" but we didn't see it as the carvery is in a separate room. We had the pub food which was OK(my fish was overcooked). The way that we were treated with such a brick wall approach, (having made a good faith booking) was appalling. it ruined what was supposed to be a 70th birthday treat. If what we were told is true the hotel and OpenTable should get their act together to stop OpenTable offering bookings that will not be honoured

Another great Sunday Carvery experience. Service and food good, with a great variety of vegetables. Treacle salmon with horseradish cream and pickled beets delicious. We took some old friends who were visiting for the weekend; and they loved it to. Well done everyone at The Weald of Kent!!

Another great Carvery visit. Succulent Lamb, delicious roasties, and delectable dessert. Been here 5 times now and always enjoy it. It was very busy on the day with two large parties, but the waiting staff were calm and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. Well done The Weald! We shall return.

Once again a very nice experience at the Weald of Kent Sunday carvery. The staff were very welcoming, apologised for the very short delay in seating us. Abigail our server was polite, attentive and very friendly. Will definitely be going again. The food was well cooked, tasty and hot. Good choice of starters and desserts; we loved the white chocolate mousse, yum.

We booked the Sunday carvery to take my grandparents out for a treat, couldn’t have asked for a better meal, the carvery was one of the best I have had, lots of choices, I liked the fact we still had table service for starters, desserts, drinks and coffees, we also had young children who can be quite fussy but we was able to change a few bits around on the menu for them so they were very happy with there meals, the service was brilliant, I will definitely book again
