Whiskey Cake is your neighborhood joint for craft cocktails and farm-fresh comfort food. We source flavors, ingredients, and ideas straight from the farm, because good food tastes even better when it’s grown locally.

From our mesquite wood-grilled plates to fresh greens and famous desserts, all of our hand-crafted dishes are served up with simple, honest flavors in a rustic, local atmosphere. Our chefs transform simple, seasonal ingredients into classic American dishes with local flavor.

    We had reservations, but were seated at a table in the bar. Other than water, we were ignored for (at least) 30 minutes. Once our waitress came back, everything was great! Our drinks & food were delicious! We celebrated some birthdays with a slice of their whisky cake. It was GREAT! Loved the ice cream & fresh whipped cream options!!!

    I have been here several times now. The happy hour has several food options in addition to drinks. For dinner this time, I tried the cheeseburger and it was delicious! Of course, I could not resist ordering the whiskey cake for dessert. I highly recommend this place but do recommend a reservation, especially on weekend!

    A lovely ‘date’ lunch. Relaxing, attentive service throughout meal. Food was great. Smoked veggies, shrimp and grits, whiskey cake desert. Very tasty.

    I’ve eaten at Whiskey Cake, the Ranch, & Haywire quite a few times. We met friends at the Alliance location of WHISKEYcake tonight. My Paloma was delicious, along with the candied bacon and deviled eggs. Then came the salmon with cucumber, tomatoes, & toasted sour dough bread bites in a tomato sauce. I couldn’t even take the time to get a photo. And then…the Whiskey cake! If I had some self-control I would have walked away and been satisfied but not overly full. Oh, but that cake is worth it! Every employee we encountered had smiles and were engaging. We also enjoyed talking to other patrons at the bar and at the booth in front of us. (You know how a close football game brings people together.) if you haven’t been, make reservations and go. The pork chops and steak were also enjoyed. These opinions come from some very picky diners!
