Whiskey Joe's will be open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner. Takeout, delivery, and catering are available! Reservations available for all seating areas, 7 days of the week. Join us for Live Music every Thursday from 5pm-9pm. Happy Hour is Monday- Thursday from 3PM to 6PM. Happy Hour specials include 1/2 off select appetizers, $2 Busch Light cans, $3 domestic draft beer, $5 select well drinks, $6 house wine, and $7 select specialty cocktails. Food did not taste good in any way. Got take out containers for all the food not eaten and then decided not to even take them home it was that bad. Took exorbitant amount of time to get drinks...and the restaurant wasn't even very busy at 830 at night. Server (Candace) was pleasant enough. Value for the food was not good and the drinks were a little too expensive. Locals in the area say the place has "gone down hill" However, can't beat the beach like set up on the Manatee River.

Really disappointed this time. We brought 6 people - asked for a certain table told us we couldn't as someone else had reserved that table 1 and would be there in 1 hour......we were there for at least 2-2/12 hours and no one ever sat at the table we asked requested. We go there especially for the ribs and 5 out of 6 were going to order them but we were told they ran out??? We were there at 6:30 p.m. how could that be? Then my husband said he'd have the clam chowder and was told they were out of that as well. The waitress apologized but didn't there wasn't much she could do.......I at least thought a manager would come over but never saw one. Not sure what happened by this is NOT a new restaurant. They should have been prepared! Corporate may one to rethink about who locally is running this establishment or more aptly; who is not.

We had a large party of 18 members and let me say that our waiter Chris was amazing! He was able to split our groups up for the bill and provide us with excellent and speedy customer service so that we could enjoy our New Year’s Eve! Highly recommend him as our waiter next time! You rocked it Chris!

We needed somewhere to eat on Christmas Day and Whiskey Joe’s was open! We had reserved a table so we were seated immediately. The waitress (Candace L) was great. She warned us that the kitchen was backed up and the food would take a while. We understood as we know most people do not want to work on Christmas. When we hadn’t received our appetizer after a long period, she went to check on it. She ended up making it herself and brought it out to us. Overall, a very happy Christmas experience!

Was happy to find a restaurant open on Christmas Day. About half of our food was good, rest was overcooked and dry. Waited 1 hr 15 for our food and never really saw our waiter for refills, etc. I’m sure they were short-staffed due to the holiday, but we were very underwhelmed with our first experience!!

Order appetizers and grouper sandwiches with fries. Waited long time before we were served with EVERY - ALL food at once. Appetizers should have come out first and after finishing the appetizers, the grouper sandwiches and fries should have come out. The oysters were over cooked , very small and dried. The crab cake was not even warm, was dried and the sweet corn look like someone took a handful and threw them on the plate. The grouper sandwich (both) was not even close to be warm, very dried and hard to bite into the fish.No tarter sauce was provided. Very disappointed!
