   Our experience was not at all like the past years. No interaction with employees, no hourly contests. When we arrived we had to ask a different server to give us placemats and napkins. Our server kept saying give me a sec. We were waited on after others that came in after us like 10 minutes after us were waited on. The other servers didnt seem to be having the same issue. Maybe our server was new, not sure but he only had two tables and they came in after us. Our table that they sat us at still had old placemats and food crumbs on the table and seat. Not sure if we will continue this tradition. I will not give the server name or description bc it may have been a training issue. We just felt left out, as we looked around and all the others were waited on and happy. We really like this location but them seem to have dropped the ball on a very popular event. thank you

   For an establishment which offers sit down service once a year, they did an excellent job with table service.

   Really poor Valentine’s Day experience compared to same location last year. Food wasn’t hot They no longer have fresh-brewed iced tea No free dessert this year We were overcharged “Waitress” never returned after dropping off our meal. Last year, the server followed up to give us drink refills, bring dessert and clear our table Dining room was VERY cold Dining room was extremely loud, and most of the issue was employees screaming at each other Last year, there were tablecloths and all the tables were decorated, but not this year The only positive thing was that our “waitress” was nice.

   Went here for the Valentine's dinner. We did this last year at a different location and loved it. At the other one they had lots of decorations, balloons, cupcakes, and really went over the top to make it special. This location barely did anything. There were a couple of decorations but it's like they hardly tried at all. This is a heavily advertised event for White Castle and there should be some kind of effort to make this a big deal. You even have to get reservations for this. I was very disappointed and felt like my time was wasted.

   My husband is in the hospital, so I invited my sister to be my "date". Everyone at White Castle were wonderful! I took pictures and showed them to my husband and he was grateful that you took good care of me and my sister. My husband insisted that I attend the date night that he was unable to.

   The store was clean and the Valentine’s Day event is super fun. Our server was very friendly and quick. Had a great time, would do it again!
