When you walk into Niagara’s newest steakhouse, The Wildfire Grillhouse, you will be wowed by a really cool ceiling. Designed to look like a giant wine barrel, it sets the mood for a great meal with attentive service. We serve Certified Angus Beef steaks, fresh oysters, seafood, pastas and more! We can accommodate parties and offer dinner package menus as well. Kids menu available, parking onsite.

    We went last night to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a Groupon. The menu was great and the food was fantastic! Jordan, our server was attentive, kind and made the experience so nice!! Will definitely be going back!

    Good service, food was what you would expect. Average grill house. Expensive considering what you get. Even with the Groupon I felt like it was over priced. Still a 200 dollar meal for two. Not likely to go back.

    Our waitress is very friendly and attentive, while she also allow us time to look over the menu enjoy cocktails before ordering. I had the seafood linguine which was loaded with shrimp, baby, lobsters and mussels, and it was delicious. My husband had the short ribs which were very tender and fell off the bone. We shared the crème brûlée for dessert. I highly recommend wildfire grill for special or a date night.

    Excellent server, tables well spaced. Would like to see sides options on menu and a few more appetizers but overall Excellent

    Service and food quality was great. Our server was pleasant and prompt with the service provided. Food quality and delivery was great.

    From appetizers to desserts, all courses exceeded expectations. Food was delicious, a great value and service was exceptional. I would go back.

    This was recommended as a great place to eat. We had the WagJag for 4 people. The first two courses & desert were fine. The shrimp appetizer was frozen & one out of 4 steaks was not what was advertised. When the appetizer was sent back the server was rude & dismissive. She did not try to help fix the situation but made me feel that somehow this was my fault. When returned, the shrimp cocktail had been clearly microwaved and had a funny taste. It was returned un eaten. Poor customer service. I was embarrassed that I took my friends there & will not be back.

    I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your recent dining experience with us. Just to provide some more information our shrimp cocktail is never frozen however it is always served cold with our cocktail sauce. I spoke to your server regarding this and she informed me that she did her best to rectify this and the chef then made you a grilled shrimp instead which we cook in a pan with some seasoning. Unfortunately given that it was a wagjag we are limited with what we can do to help resolve the situation. With the wagjag the meal is paid for in advance and dessert and a gift certificate are already a part of the deal (these are steps we would usually take with any issues the customer may have). Again I apologize you did not enjoy your experience due to this issue.
