We booked a table online 2.5/3hrs prior to our booking time. We went to the venue and told the staff we had a booking for 6:30pm on Saturday 3rd August. Unfortunately no one took any notice to our online booking and therefore we had no table prepared/set aside for us. We were told to go and find ourselves a table, and there was literally nowhere to be seated. When we went to look at the menu and decide on food, we ended up walking out as it just got crowded and more people were coming in to find seats or had tables prebooked (LIKE US) but actually had a table set aside for them.
We were disgusted with the service and we certainly were disgusted with the staff for not taking accountability when it came to our booking. My partner & I were simply looking for a nice night out as we haven't had a chance to treat ourselves lately. But instead we were greeted with no care and certainly no apologies were made.
