   Customer service was good. The wait time on the food was not bad at all. The drinks were good. The food was just ok. The side of Brussel sprouts were kind of disappointing. The prosciutto pizza was not bad but nothing spectacular. Environment was really nice. Not a bad experience I wouldn’t mind trying different dishes. This was my first time here so I will of course try again.

   We went to celebrate Mother's Day. We enjoyed our time there. the only thing was, and not a knock, was that the menu was very limited. Probably won't be coming again as it's a bit of a niche place, and I think we may be a little too old for it.

   The food was good, expected bigger portions considering the limited menu. They were also out of Shrimp & Lobster Grits which would’ve been perfect.

   First time going to this place. Overall was a great experience for a busy Mothers Day. Service was great, food was amazing, vibe was awesome. Will be back.

   I really wanted this place to be better especially since the atmosphere is great but having to wait 45 mins for mediocre food and spending so much money was definitely not worth the wait. I didn't give a 1 star for the service because everyone seemed so nice and attentive its just the kitchen needs to put more pep in their step. And downtown prices for ok food no thanks!

   This is my 3rd time to Windy City Social, my husband’s 1st. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the food/drinks are always so great. The only thing I would say is that the last two times I came, they changed two things I ordered and ordered again in hopes it was what I was expecting. Maybe make them as changes so people who loved the item the first two times expect something different? One was the apple tart, the other was the lobster ragoon. Each time I said something to the waitress they would say “Oh, you had it last time?? Sorry. I’m not sure why they changed it.” It was a little bit of a let down but still really good. I enjoy going to restaurants for specific reasons and love the reliability in the food. Otherwise, such a good night and I hope it’s warm enough to eat outside on the patio next time! It looks beautiful out there.

    We have been here a handful of times and enjoyed it so I booked for my husbands birthday. We were upstairs and they only had one server. It took awhile for our appetizers to come out so my husband ordered a second drink. It took forever to come and it wasn’t the correct order (it was for the table next to us). It took so long to get our food no one was even hungry anymore. We sat while everyone else around us got their food even though we had been there well before the other tables arrived. My husband LOVES the bang bang shrimp so we got that, but we think it was either e new recipe or a new chef because the breading on it was so thick it made the inside mushy so he didn’t eat it, but my son did. Just an overall miss this time.
