   Dining options were really good and quite varied, presentation was very nice, and the quality was fantastic. Service was great, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return. My only word of caution is that it seems like it could get very loud with the lack of acoustic dampening. Lots of glass walls and solid surface floors.

   The food, service and atmosphere were all great. We both had the lobster bisque, which is a more than generous portion. I had the 8oz filet with onions and blue cheese add-ons. It was cooked medium rare, as requested and was fantastic. My wife had the scallops, which were also cooked perfectly and she enjoyed them. To drink I had the old fashioned flight, which was fun. All 4 of the flavors were good, even the cinnamon/vanilla which I was unsure about when ordering. My wife also enjoyed her huckleberry old fashioned. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. We had reservations for 5pm on a Saturday, and it was very quiet when we were seated. A few more parties were seated by the time we left.

   Great food. Poor seating placement for a group of 6 doing business. Service was good other than serving refrigerated red wine.

   My husband had the (special) espresso rubbed filet - perfectly done and excellent flavor. He also enjoyed the wedge salad. We did think it was pricey at $70 for the steak alone. I had the Brussels sprout cheese & bacon soup, and the mushroom risotto with a chicken breast. The soup was delicious except for being so salty I could only eat about a third of it. The chicken breast was unseasoned and so overcooked it was inedible. The mushroom risotto was ok. Very nice Malbec and absolutely great service. They also send us home with a raspberry tiramisu for hubby’s birthday that was excellent. I am updating this review because the day after I Posted it, Manager Bailey reached out and said ‘not good enough’ and is making it right. This says a lot more about a restaurant than a dry chicken breast and salty soup. I will definitely follow up when we return.

   I would like to start off by saying, the steak, the meat that we were served was very good. I would also like to say the 3rd server was also kind and decent. Other than that, I do not have much to say positively about this place. First off, i had made a reservation over a month ago for 2 at 7:30 on valentine’s day. When we arrived at 7:33 our table was not ready. The host did quickly get it ready for us, but there was not a seating area while we waited. Also the table she got ready for us was a bar high top next to a large cold garage door wall… when I make reservations at a chop house that I intend to spend around or over $200 at, I expect to be at a dining table. Frankly that alone was enough to make me never return. They did have a large dining area that appeared to not be 100% full so I do not know why we were seated in the bar area. After we were seated, we were given water and then neglected for about 15 min. There was no music playing so the ambience was either the loud woman at the bar or no noise at all. We were finally greater by a second man who was friendly and filled our water again but was not the server in charge of taking our order so we continued to wait. Finally, our real server arrived and she was the best of the 3. We each ordered a NY strip, I personally got the blue cheese preparation and in all honesty the steak itself was pretty great! For sides we got truffle fries and the bacon truffle mac n cheese, which I thought both were sub-par. If you’re in the Green Bay area and looking for a good chophouse or just a great meal, I would recommend Republic or Plae Bistro, time and time again those places have never let me down. I believe this place had the potential to be great, so maybe they had an off night, but nonetheless, I was disappointed.

   A small quaint little restaurant.  Good steak options, nice wine list, service was very good. We enjoyed our time there.  loved my blue cheese, wet salad.

   My husband and I had a great date night. There was no one there as far as other customers when we got there at 5:30 but this was a day after New Years so I doubt many go out so soon after. Sounds like the place was hopping on NYE. Everything was cooked perfectly. The crab cakes were amazing and the scallops were done perfectly. The Chilean sea bass was tiny! Glad we ordered extra scallops! The bacon truffle Mac and cheese was really good, but could use a little more truffle. Overall, it was a really good meal and we would definitely like to come back! Compliments to the chef and the server was fantastic at explaining the menu all the way down to the bread board!

    Absolutely amazing filet! Done to perfection. Garlic chive potatoes were scrumptious. The crab cakes were divine. The lobster bisque was liquid gold. Even though I said I could not eat another bite after so many delicious appetizers and entrees, I somehow managed to share a huge slab of carrot cake and we ate the whole slice! Highly recommend!
