    We attended Wonderland - A Journey To The North Pole with our 4 year old son, thinking this would be a great experience for him. At first, the cost ($40/person) seemed a bit steep, but we decided to give it a try. The place was decorated very nicely, and our son definitely enjoyed that aspect. However, the food, the portions, the noise level, and the service did not come close to the value of what we paid. There was no children's menu, the waitress barely knew the answers to any questions we had about the menu, and the chicken sandwiches my husband and I got wouldn't have even kept my 4 year old full. There were two tables behind us with multiple children who were running all around the restaurant, making so much noise that I couldn't even hear my son talking. We had to walk through them playing games in the aisle to use the bathroom. We travelled an hour to get there, so with that, and the per person price, I would not go back, and I would also not recommend - even for people who live locally.

    Good was terrible, it was basically a trying to be slight glorified kids menu for all. I got the hot chicken sandwich and it wasn’t even a full piece of chicken. It was like pieces of a rotisserie chicken or something and there was nothing hot about it . My husband got the burger no cheese, they brought it out TWiCE with cheese. The decorations were cool, but there definitely could have been more to make it more Christmas magical. I was disappointed overalls luckily the kids had friends so they were able to enjoy themselves.

    We came to the ugly duckling for the winter pop up! The atmosphere was amazing! Jeff was our server and he was so nice and helpful!!! The food needed a little improvement! The drinks and dessert were good! It was still a fun experience!

    The food was not good. I have never had such bad fries. Another bad restaurant in Long Beach. Everything we ate was missing that just made warmth. It was as if the entire meal was made ahead and just kept warm, pretty bad for burgers and chicken fingers.

    I love the commitment that The Ugly Duckling put into this pop up. They went all out and the atmosphere was incredible. Our server was SO nice and the food was delicious. We came here from Jersey so it was a long drive but it was definitely worth it.

    The food was overpriced and mediocre, the restaurant was decorated well, and they played Taylor’s music. But that was it. I was expecting more, maybe a sing a long , maybe something a little more fun.

    Everything from the food, drinks, experience, staff was amazing! Especially the bartenders were the absolute sweetest and were the cherry on top of the experience-would highly recommend!

    Place was decorated perfect and so much fun, but the staff truly made it for us on our trip up from Charleston, SC. We will be coming back our next trip back!

    It was an amazing experience for me & my two little kids. So much fun the kids were living their best lives. The food was great, my kids loved what they got, loved their mocktails too. I loved my specialty drink as well. DJ was great at getting the crowd excited. We will be doing again. : )
