Pietro Gianni and Stephen Peterson, two of the owners behind Storico Vino, plan to open Italian restaurant Yeppa and Co. Yeppa, named for a verbal exclamation expressing joy and excitement, will serve a menu of dishes influenced by the coastal city of Rimini in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy along the Adriatic Sea. Look for plates of cured meats and cheeses, grilled skewers, seafood dishes with fish from the Adriatic, paninis and piadina romagnola (Italian flatbread sandwich) as well as hearty pasta dishes, like lasagne alla bolognese and tortelli filled with meat, vegetables, and cheese. Expect pizzas as well as focaccia on the menu, too.

The food was great especially the pizza. The service was terrible. The service was working the bar and also waiting tables. We had a lot of service delays around our request

So I was meeting my girlfriend there and got there first. They seated me immediately. When my friend arrived 15 minutes later, they seated her at a different table. I had to go through the restaurant to find her. It wasn’t very busy at the time, yet after our drink orders, it took 45 minutes from the time I sat at my table to have someone take our food order. - I timed it. The servers are not customer service oriented at all. They don’t check back frequently and our dinner from begin to end was almost 2 1/2 hours due to the longevity of coming back to the table (don’t arrive here hungry). That is unacceptable. I was texting a friend of mine that owns a restaurant group in Atlanta as I sat there about my experience. He said that’s what he’s heard is the norm at this restaurant, and told me to check out the reviews. Should’ve done that first, everyone complains about the service. Definitely will not be back. This has to be the worst service I’ve encountered in Atlanta.

Server and food were fantastic! We did end up waiting half an hour for a table though even though we made a reservation 😭

Everything was phenomenal! Our waitress was great and the drinks and food were lovely. The bartender was very rude though!

My table is never ready on time, we didn’t get our appetizer until an hour after our reservation time.

The espresso martini and pasta dish I got were simple, but so well executed and flavored to perfection. It was a perfect serving size. I will definitely be back. Loved the atmosphere!!

Great food and service. Chairs have no backs which aren’t very comfortable. A bit loud. Not a place to go to if want conversation.

Check in was awful and the host wasn’t welcoming. We waited outside in the cold and finally were seated 25 minutes after our reservation time. Food and service was good when we finally sat down

Such a terrific dining experience! The food was extraordinary! Loved the portion sizes, terrific options for food and drinks. Super loud and fun atmosphere for a lively night out with small or large groups. Our server was Derrick and was super! Will be coming here again soon!
