The most beautiful authentic restaurant! The food, cocktails, staff and whole experience were truly wonderful. Thank you for a lovely experience and making us feel very welcome. We will be back!

This was my second visit to Zaazu. Unfortunately I ordered a dish that was too hot/spicy for me but this was very kindly replaced with a very mild dish. There had been some confusion prior to this happening owing to the live music which made communication difficult in our area of the restaurant. However, the atmosphere was excellent, encouraged by the music. All staff members were extremely keen to provide excellent service. The food was of a high quality.

Very average food, poor service, waited half hour for drinks on arrival and food another half hour. Not great!

Food was really nice, starters were great and main coarse was lovely, The decor is amazing. It was very busy but waiters and bar staff handled it well.

We booked Zaazu in an 'emergency' when our plans fell through. It was an inspired choice and both of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves despite preferring somewhere quieter. We will definitely be back for a birthday or our anniversary!

Booked table for 8pm arrived at 7-55 where the manager told us to wait by the entrance I politely informed we had booked a 8pm table he sarcastically replied when it’s 8pm I’ll seat you. Menu choice was limited, waited 30 minutes for starter to arrive and 40 minutes for mains, food was heavily over spiced and the service was non existent and they then put a £8-20 service charge for very poor non existent service. I can categorically say that my wife and I will never frequent this establishment ever again.
