Pretty poor for the price they charge. Poor service. Our reservation was at 7.30pm with my wife. This is the first year we were married and first valentine occasion as a married couple. We were greeted at 7.30pm then we were told that we needed to leave after 2 hours. We have selected the food from the menu, and the food never came, in fact the starters came cold. The table next to us didn’t receive their food either and when they did, it was cold. I had to unfortunately needed to leave the restaurant without even receiving the mains as it was getting late, that’s at 9.35pm (remember they only gave us a 2 hour window!). Don’t think I will be going back as it was embarrassing particularly in this valentines occasion. I have paid for the reservation, they didn’t deliver.

Went to Zebrano’s on Valentine’s Day, expecting a busy night, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The organization was a mess, and despite knowing it would be crowded, there was no sign of proper management. The waitstaff were rude and unaccommodating, showing no sympathy for the long delays. The food was also a letdown, with the quality not coming close to justifying the high prices. At one point, we even saw several tables getting up and walking out after waiting for hours without receiving their meals. Overall, it felt like a night of poor service, wasted time, and a lack of value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Awful experience I regret wasting an evening there. Food took forever to come with staff apologising but no idea how long it would take. Staff kept coming over to say they didnt have enough chefs despite it being peak time saturday evening. Given it isnt a cheap restaurant, the standard of customer service should reflect the price point and setting but by the time our food eventually arrived we just wanted to leave

Second time at this restaurant, the chef is absolutely amazing. Food was out of this world. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Our return experience was absolutely fabulous, same high standard and delicious food and service. We are here for the weekend and we have booked 2 nights in a row.

Beautiful restaurant service was excellent food & we had to cocktails which where wonderful, we chose the prawn, beef and the vegetarian Tacos (party of 3) myself and daughter had the Salmon & Monkfish Udon Noodles in Teriyaki which was really nice & my partner had the wagyu burger which he said was amazing We will definitely go back

The food was terrible, odd collection of food, poor quality. Was like a bad house party buffet. Nothing was labelled no menu to detail what food was. No one asked if we had any allergies at any point. No free drink which was part of the offering. No service as we had to ask for a drink, several staff members getting on with jobs around us. Didn't want to complain and make the rest of the group uncomfortable. Food was shockingly bad, crunchy rice, dodgy curries that I could habe made better at home. Seafood left out, didn't want to risk it. Never again. Strange service, felt like we were putting them out by coming to the restaurant to spend our money. Last orders at 1045pm, we thought we were there to celebrate the new year.
