   To whom this concerns. I had a reservation at your restaurant at 11-am today,I showed up at 10-30am I met an older man and was so disappointed the way my reservation was dealt with. There was no table available and he showed me a table outside which I was happy with and then he came back and continued to take away 1 of the tables as he said he needed it. When you make a reservation for 10 guests you expect to have a table . I compliment Anna the younger host who did everything to make it happen and we got a 4 top table in the end outside in the tent we stayed and spend money in your restaurant until 5 pm and had many friend join us. It was a very disappointing experience. I work in hospitality myself and this would never happen maybe you should not take reservations in your restaurant on parade day if you can’t provide tables that have reserved back in February. Not a good experience.

   Great place to socialize & dine. Excellent service. Diverse menu, both food & drink. Make reservations as it gets crowded. Looking foward to patio season .

   My girlfriend and I have dined here several times but this was the first time on a Saturday night. The place was packed and there was lots of energy and we were seated immediately and we will be back...

    Zia’s continues to be my favorite restaurant! Just an amazing restaurant and I love its in the neighborhood! We love their Happy Hour specials and love their patio area. Service is always outstanding and never disappoints. We decided to go on Valentine’s Day even though I usually don’t like going out on this holiday. Zia’s was amazing! Valentines Day chocolate raspberry martini was outstanding! We had the porch chop daily special as well as the lobster/shrimp ravioli special. Amazing! Also had lasagna. Delish! They managed to handle the Valentines Day crowd beautifully! Well done Zia’s!
