Have dined here semi regularly since opening about 6 years ago…food is always good…service a bit weak…hardy drinks…weak menu selections…could use more selections

I didn’t stay to eat here because the service was lousy and the accommodations poor. I booked a table for Valentines Day a week in advance. We were placed at a small table in the corner at the very back of the restaurant. Management was un accommodating when I asked to relocate further towards the front where the tables are. more spacious and spread apart. We were essentially ignored and the so called partial owner I spoke to was very sarcastic when I asked to speak with the restaurant manager. Prices were elevated for the holiday and we were essentially ignored invisible to the servers I believe due to where we were seated. After this unpleasant and potentially pricey experience, I got up and left. The other owner was apologetic that he could not help us since he claimed all the other tables were already taken. I am a regular customer there and when the “snowbirds “ leave and the restaurant is no longer crowded during off-season they won’t be seeing me again any time soon. I am also starting to question whether or not Open Table reservations get less priority.

Good food, good service, great music videos in the background. Not noisy. We will be back again for a music event dinner.

We were rudely told not to wear a mask. It would give the wrong impression to the reataurant. He never cared about my reason for wearing one. He was more concerned with his precious restaurant. I have to wear one for medical reasons. I wish I didn’t have to. Got a snarky response. Food was typical Americanized Italian and menu unimpressive. You could get better marinara sauce out of a jar. Only one other table in the restaurant the entire time we were there. It’s no wonder they have no business. We would NEVER go back. There are so many good Italian restaurants in the area (including next door), where the food is great and they value their customers.

Had a fantastic time Friday night at Zion’s! Food, service, and music were outstanding! We will definitely be back! If you want to go to a place that is very inviting and the food is delish…Zino’s is your place!

Excellent food in a great, friendly atmosphere. A great neighborhood restaurant with a diverse menu. We had great service from Coy and friendly conversation with the owners, Mike and Vinny. We plan on returning frequently especially when they have music and entertainment.

Understaffed overpriced and very average food. Drinks were outrageous and while we were patient awaiting drinks there was barely any other patrons - so very disappointing
