La experiencia fue buena,pero eramos un grupo de 9 personas y solo 1 camarero que hacia lo que podia. La atencion fue lenta y por momentos caotica.

La comida muy buena, la bebida (cocteles) NO! Todo los cócteles estaban súper dulces y parecían más bebida refrescante que un trago!

Dined here today with my bestfriend and we had AWFUL service tonight. I’ve eaten at Ra Sushi many times and it has never been this bad. The waiter was extremely disrespectful to both of us and maybe checked on us twice throughout the two hours we were there. We waited over an hour for a refill and that eventually never happened. We waited so long that the ice in my sidecar cocktail had melted down to water. I asked another random for waitress for help in finding the manager because we watched our waiter speed pass our table SEVERAL times without stopping by. The manager came out and literally didn’t take anything that I said seriously. He asked if he could “give us water” but at that point we just wanted our check, a check we waited an hour to received. He took a 15% off but to be honest, the level of disrespect we received, the meal should’ve been comped in its entirety. MIND YOU, while the manager was speaking to us, my friend noticed the waiter came by to take the soy sauce and give it to another table. He didn’t even care that I was speaking to the manger about the poor service. When it came time to pay, he was expecting me to tip and I asked him “how do I bypass the tip” because I was not happy with my service. He bypassed it, I swiped my card and he abruptly left the table. I paid $77 dollars for poor service and a waiter with a disrespectful attitude. Unacceptable behavior and the manager called him “one of my top guys.” Please evaluate the protocol for good service with this team member. He clearly does not want to be there.

The music was SO loud. It was a small crowd of families. I would think the music should not be that loud ever- it doesn’t create an “energetic” environment. We are not there to party or dance we are there to eat and converse with friends and family. It’s impossible when shouting. Also this is a residential neighborhood. Keep music down at nights. I have been enjoying sushi from the age of 18. I have sampled sushi all over the United States and around the world to include Japan. So when I say this next bit hear me loud and clear. This was the worst sushi I have ever have in my lifetime. If you lacked a sense of smell and tastebuds this would still be one of the worst experiences for a human being to endure. Fire everyone in the kitchen and get quality fresh ingredients. I actually cannot comprehend how you’re still in business.

Food was delicious!!! Server was so kind to take photos of my group. Atmosphere was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a great place for a date night, girls just wanting to have fun, and a group setting. The drinks are fanominal!! Ambiance is awesome too.
