   Really disappointed with our breakfast. Have been going there for 10+ years when we come to Kauai and today was such a let down. Who serves fructose syrup at a nice restaurant. Menu indicated Hawaiian bread for the French toast. If it was Hawaiian bread it tasted and looked like sandwich bread, definitely not sweet. Coconut infused syrup that was high fructose syrup a Had no flavor at all.

   Christian was a wonderful server and made our evening special. The crab and lobster dynamite sushi was amazing! My short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender and seared ahi was amazing!

   The food was surreal at Red Salt but the service is what made this special place soar to the top of favorites on Kauai!

   Delicious food, although not inexpensive. Vegetables a little underdone for our taste, but overall great experience and friendly staff.

   Best food on the island. Unfortunately it’s very noisy and while our waitress was excellent, she had too many tables.

    Outstanding service. Great food, Steak seasoned perfectly, temperature outstanding, Scallops melted in mouth. Drinks were original and terrific. Special occasion place. Did I say the service was great? Worth repeating.
