   Red Salt does not disappoint. Great selection of wine. The food is fabulous! Especially the Ricotta dip. I might recommend the Chefs selections ofc the menu. It was excellent! Five stars for me

   Our service was great. Appetizers were good. Entrees passable. We ordered a very nice bottle of wine and the restaurant has a nice wine list. Unfortunately the wine glasses were dollar store wine glasses. For a restaurant that wants to be high end, please invest in proper wine glasses. Overall experience was underwhelming.

   Fabulous dinner, lovely spot. We had a slight view of the ocean from our window seats, and Noah was a very attentive, polite, and efficient server. The food was great, drinks delicious, thank you!

   The female waiter was very friendly and attentive. The sushi was outstanding. It was a nice atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal.

   Nice space and very friendly service. I was disappointed in that the online menu was different than the menu presented to us. Evidently the menu changed a few weeks ago and the online version did not get updated.

   Really disappointed with our breakfast. Have been going there for 10+ years when we come to Kauai and today was such a let down. Who serves fructose syrup at a nice restaurant. Menu indicated Hawaiian bread for the French toast. If it was Hawaiian bread it tasted and looked like sandwich bread, definitely not sweet. Coconut infused syrup that was high fructose syrup a Had no flavor at all.

    Christian was a wonderful server and made our evening special. The crab and lobster dynamite sushi was amazing! My short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender and seared ahi was amazing!
