Our steak restaurant, The Grill at McQueen, boasts a menu specially created by executive chef Richard Sandiford, formerly of Hawksmoor. Its vibrant and relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect dining destination right in the heart of the chic district, only minutes away from Old Street tube station. Diners can expect some exceptional cuts from the extensive selection of steaks – from D-cut rump to sirloin and fillet. Not just limited to steak, The Grill at McQueen also offers an amazing Saturday brunch and Sunday roast. The Grill at McQueen has devised its own cocktail menu, offering great classics with an innovative twist. Try “Le Coup D’Etat” for something elegant and bubbly or “The Iron Curtain” if you’re feeling bolshie.

On Tuesday 14th November at 6.30pm, we'll be holding an exclusive Perrier-Jouët Dinner co-hosted by PerrierJouët's UK brand ambassador Jonathan Simms. Tickets are only £65 per person and include your meal & matching champagnes

Cocktail Lounge

Arrive to a champagne & canapés reception in our Cocktail Lounge followed by a three-course dinner at The Grill at McQueen including:

Wild Mushroom and Soft Herb Arancini
with a truffle mayonnaise
Pan Fried Scallops
textures of cauliflower, pancetta, watercress and chicken jus
Loin of Venison
honey roast figs, young parsnips, Savoy cabbage and game jus
Chocolate and Cherry Ganache
pistachios, poached cherries and cherry purée

Food was lovely and staff were friendly it just took a bit too long for the order to be taken and bill to arrive but if we had more time other than a lunch break it would have been fine

Wonderful host & staff, quirky cocktails, fantastic ambience. Dined here for the second time (group of 5), we had a set menu option as well which was pretty good. Will be back!

We were party of 7, table location was good. Fantastic steaks & starters. Superb Ambience, could hear everyone, so not too loud. Though waiter could benefit from some training (weekend service tend to be more professional). Will be back!

McQueens is one of my favourite haunts, luv coming here. Was here for a birthday dinner. The team accommodated a last minute addition to dinner. Great food, disappointing they’d changed the champagne vendor ;( Great service from the team who looked after us at dinner. Will be back again.

I should go there more often as it is only around the corner from where I live. The bar next door can be a bit noisy when the door it open. Very good food though.

My first time dining here plus two other guests in the early noon on a weekend. Portions were tiny, ordered the American pancakes with bacon. Our food came out stone cold had to send them back. Came back lukewarm on the verge of getting cold but to avoid looking like a nuisance just ate it, we were so hungry! It tasted really good to be fair unlike other places were the pancakes feel like they cleaning your teeth due to baking soda over load, these were great. Would have been nice if pancakes and bacon were warm and if you were given a little more too along with the maple syrup to drizzle yourself. Staff were great and attentive, it was rather quiet only 6 tables occupied in the hour that we were there. Overall glad to have used the Groupon brunch voucher, even with that it's over priced. Increase portions so people don't leave hungry but full and that will justify the price.

The lady who served us was wonderful. Food was not bad . Had the porkchop . Was a bit like pub food. However starter was good...
